AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Hotel-Restaurant or Hotel-Restaurant Complex)
FOR the purpose of requiring motel—restaurant and
hotel—restaurant complexes meeting certain
requirements to have a motel-restaurant or
hotel—restaurant complex license by a certain date
in Anne Arundel County; and generally relating to
motel—restaurant and. hotel—restaurant complex
alcoholic beverage licenses in Anne Arundel County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 28(j)(1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

(j) (1) In Anne Arundel County the board of
license commissioners is authorized to approve the issue
