1252 LAWS OF MARYLAND
following sales: (g—2) Sales of new or used buses to any person, firm
or corporation who uses the buses [exclusively] ONLY in
the operation of the transportation system of any
municipality or political subdivision in this State.
However, these buses must be used for the transportation
of the public [in] ON regular [route] SCHEDULES AND
between fixed [points] TERMINI, AS THESE TERMS ARE DEFINED IN §§11-148 AND 11-122 TITLE 11 OF THE TRANSPORTATION ARTICLE. REVISOR'S NOTE: The last sentence of subsection
(g—2) of this section is revised to conform to
the language adopted in Transportation Article
§13—810(a)(14), the source law to which was
enacted by the same act (Ch. 896, Acts of
1976), as enacted present Art. 56, §151B. See
the revisor's notes to §§ 11-122, 11-148, and
13-810 of the Transportation Article. See,
also, Art. 78, §32(a-1) of the Code. 425. (c) This subtitle does not apply to any privately
owned bus or buses used [exclusively] ONLY for [the

enacted by the same act (Ch. 896, Acts of
1976) as enacted present Art. 56, §151B. See
the revisor's notes to §§ 11-122, 11-148, and
13-810 of the Transportation Article. See,
also, Art. 78, §32(a-1) of the Code. SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
10-302, 10-304(b), 10-307, and 10-308 of Article - Courts
and Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows: Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings 10-302. In a prosecution for a violation of a law concerning
a person who is driving or attempting to drive a vehicle
in violation of [§ 11-902 of Article 66 1/2 of the Code]
