TRAFFIC CITATION.
(B) APPEARANCE BY COUNSEL.
A WRITTEN PROMISE TO APPEAR IN COURT MAY BE COMPLIED
WITH BY AN APPEARANCE BY COUNSEL.
(C) NOTICES; SUSPENSION OF DRIVING PRIVILEGES.
(1) IF A PERSON FAILS TO APPEAR IN
ACCORDANCE WITH HIS PROMISE, THE DISTRICT COURT SHALL
NOTIFY HIM THAT HIS DRIVING PRIVILEGES MAY BE SUSPENDED
IF, WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL TRIAL DATE, HE DOES
NOT;
(I) PAY THE FINE ON THE ORIGINAL CHARGE; OR
(II) POST BOND REQUESTING A NEW TRIAL DATE.
(2) IF, AT THE END OF THE 15 DAYS, THE PERSON
HAS NOT COMPLIED:
(I) THE DISTRICT COURT SHALL SO NOTIFY THE
ADMINISTRATION; AND
(II) ON SUCH NOTIFICATION, AFTER GIVING THE
PERSON 10 DAYS ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE, THE ADMINISTRATION
MAY SUSPEND THE DRIVING PRIVILEGES OR LICENSE OF THE
PERSON.
(D) PROCEDURES.
WITH THE COOPERATION OF THE DISTRICT COURT, THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL DEVELOP PROCEDURES TO CARRY OUT THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

SUBTITLE 3. PARKING ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS.
26-301. POWER OF POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS AND STATE
AGENCIES TO REGULATE PARKING.
ANY STATE AGENCY AUTHORIZED BY LAW AND ANY POLITICAL
SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE MAY ADOPT ORDINANCES OR
REGULATIONS THAT:
(1) REGULATE THE PARKING OF VEHICLES; AND
(2) PROVIDE FOR THE IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES PARKED
IN VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCES OR REGULATIONS.
