TO OR ENLARGEMENTS OF ANY TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES
PROJECT; AND
(3) PAYING ALL OR ANY PART OF THE COST OF ANY
ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES PROJECT.
(B) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, THE
DETAILS OF THEIR ISSUANCE, THE RIGHTS OF THEIR HOLDERS,
AND THE RIGHTS, DUTIES, AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE AUTHORITY
WITH RESPECT TO THEM ARE GOVERNED BY THE PROVISIONS OF
THIS SUBTITLE RELATING TO REVENUE BONDS, INSOFAR AS
THOSE PROVISIONS MAY BE APPLICABLE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 94A, §15.
In subsection (a) of this section, the word
"may" is substituted for "authorized and
empowered"; in this regard, see revisor's
notes to §3-201 of this article. Also, the
present reference to a "resolution"
authorizing the issuance of revenue refunding
bonds is deleted as unnecessary in light of
§4—301 of this subtitle. Finally, the phrase
"if deemed advisable by the Authority" is
deleted as superfluous; this deletion conforms
the language of this section to the similar
provisions of §3—208(a) of this article as to
the refunding of Consolidated Transportation
Bonds and bonds of prior issues.
The only other changes are in style.
4-309. INTERIM CERTIFICATES AND TEMPORARY BONDS.
BEFORE THE PREPARATION OF DEFINITIVE BONDS, THE
AUTHORITY MAY ISSUE ITS INTERIM CERTIFICATES OR
TEMPORARY BONDS, WITH OR WITHOUT COUPONS, EXCHANGEABLE
FOR DEFINITIVE BONDS WHEN THE DEFINITIVE BONDS HAVE BEEN
EXECUTED AND ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 94A, §16(i).
The word "may" is substituted for "authorized
and empowered"; in this regard, see revisor's
note to §3-201 of this article. Also, the
present reference to a "resolution"
authorizing the issuance of interim
certificates and temporary bonds is deleted as
unnecessary in light of §4—301 of this
subtitle.
The only other changes are in style.
4-310. BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES.
