1208 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 14
Throughout this subtitle, the Commission to Revise
the Annotated Code has substituted references to the
State Highway Administration for present, obsolete
references to the "State Roads Commission". This
reflects the transfer of authority established by Ch.
526, Acts of 1970. See revisor's note to §8-207 of this
article.
Present §15-101(d), which prohibits any repeal by
implication of The Maryland Vehicle Law, is transferred
to Title 11 and now appears as §11-204 of this article.
Present §§15-101(c) and 15-103, which provide for
the preservation of private rights, are transferred to
Title 11 and now appear as §11—205 of this article.
