DO NOT APPLY TO POLICE OFFICERS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF

MOTORCYCLES OPERATED TWO ABREAST IN A SINGLE LANE. (2)   EVERY MOTORCYCLE IS ENTITLED TO   THE FULL
USE OF A LANE, AND A MOTOR VEHICLE MAY NOT BE   DRIVEN IN
ANY MANNER THAT DEPRIVES ANY MOTORCYCLE OF THE FULL USE
OF A LANE. (C)        OVERTAKING AND PASSING. THE OPERATOR OF A MOTORCYCLE MAY NOT OVERTAKE AND

ABREAST. MOTORCYCLES MAY NOT BE OPERATED MORE THAN TWO
ABREAST IN A SINGLE LANE. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §11-1303. Subsection (a)(1) of this section, which is
patterned after the similar language appearing
in §21—309 of this title, is new language
added for clarity. Although the catchline to
present §11—1303 indicates its applicability
to "laned roadways", the substance of the
section does not, requiring a provision such
as that added. See, also, revisor's note to
§21-301 of this title. The only other changes are in style. 21-1304. CLINGING TO OTHER VEHICLES. A PERSON SIDING ON ANY MOTORCYCLE MAY NOT ATTACH
IT OR HIMSELF TO ANY OTHER VEHICLE ON A ROADWAY.
