§66A.
The last paragraph of present Art. 89B, §56A,
which establishes a penalty of $10 to $25 for
violation of its provisions, is deleted as
obsolete and, to the extent that the general
sentence of present §66A duplicates the
requirements of present §11-119, inconsistent
with the standard penalties established by
Title 27 of this article.
The only other changes are in style.
The Commission notes that, under subsection
(d) (2) of this section, snow tires are
required for "both" driving wheels. This
language creates a minor ambiguity as to
tour—wheel drive vehicles and, therefore,
might be considered for further clarification.
