PEDESTRIAN DESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (A) (1) OF THIS SECTION
HAS NOT PISSED COMPLETELY THROUGH THE CROSSING OR
INTERSECTION WHEN A TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL CHANGES, HE
RETAINS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND THE DRIVER OF EACH VEHICLE
AT 03 APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION SHALL COMPLY WITH
SUBSECTION (A) (2) OF THIS SECTION. (C) USE OF WHITE OR METAL CANE BY OTHERS
PROHIBITED. A PERSON WHO IS NOT BLIND OR PARTIALLY BLIND MAY NOT
USE OR CARRY A WHITE CANE, A CANE THAT IS WHITE TIPPED
WITH RED, OR A CHROME, NICKEL, ALUMINUM, OR OTHER
REFLECTING OR SHINING METAL CANE, IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED
IN SUBSECTION (A)(1) OF THIS SECTION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §11-504.1. In subsections (a) (1) and (b) of this section,
the defined term "police officer" is
substituted for the present, obsolete "traffic
officer". In subsection (a)(2) of this section, the
present reference to a vehicle "receiving the
signal" is deleted and the subsection revised
to clarify its applicability to a person with
a guide dog, even if he does not signal with a
cane. Also, the present phrase "comes to a
full stop" is deleted as unnecessary in light
of the definition of "stop" in §11-162 of this
article to the same effect. In subsection (b) of this section, the last
clause, "and the driver ... shall comply with
...", is new language added for clarity. In subsection (c) of this section, the present
reference to a violation of the subsection as
being a "misdemeanor" is deleted as
unnecessary in light of §27—101 of this
article to the same effect. The only other changes are in style.

TURNING, AND STARTING. 21-60 1. REQUIRED POSITION AND METHOD OF TURNING AT
INTERSECTIONS OR CROSSOVERS. (A) RIGHT TURNS. IF THE DRIVER OF A VEHICLE INTENDS TO TURN RIGHT AT
ANY INTERSECTION, HE SHALL APPROACH THE INTERSECTION AND
