Copies of the reports, statements or accounts certified
by and under the seal of the principal administrative
officer in whose office they are kept, shall be evidence
in all the courts to the same extent as the original
thereof would be if produced and proved.] COPIES OF THESE
REPORTS, STATEMENTS AND ACCOUNTS CERTIFIED BY THE
PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IN WHOSE OFFICE THEY ARE
KEPT UNDER THE SEAL OF HIS OFFICE SHALL BE EVIDENCE IN
ANY COURT TO THE SAME EXTENT AS THE ORIGINAL REPORT,
STATEMENT OR ACCOUNT WOULD BE IF PRODUCED AND PROVED.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning
Motor Vehicles — Length of Vehicles and Loads
FOR the purpose of exempting [[vehicles or combinations
of]] vehicles engaged in the transportation of
wooden prefabricated roof trusses in an inverted
position with an overhang not to [[exceed]] EXCEED
a certain length from limitations on the length of
loads; and clarifying language.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 14-105 of Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle
Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Subject to the foregoing provisions of this subtitle
limiting the length of vehicles and loads, the load upon
