AN ACT concerning

Carroll County — County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of repealing certain obsolete authority
of the Carroll County Commissioners with respect to
providing secretarial services to members of the
House of Delegates.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Carroll County
Section 28

Article 7 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1965 Edition, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 28 of the Public Local Laws of
Carroll County being Article 7 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1965 Edition, as amended) be and it is
hereby repealed:

Article 7

[28.

The County Commissioners of Carroll County are
authorized to furnish secretarial services for the
members of the House of Delegates of Maryland representing
Carroll County, at such compensation as the Commissioners
shall determine. ]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
