SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 7-2 05 (c) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

(C)         THE [[ANNUAL REPORT REQUIRED BY SECTION 1-104

OF THIS ARTICLE]] COMMITTEE SHALL PREPARE A REPORT WHICH
SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR EACH MAJOR
WATERSHED IN GARRETT AND ALLEGANY COUNTIES, ON A

CUMULATIVE AND ANNUAL BASIS:

(1)          THE NUMBER OF ACRES FOR WHICH THE
COMMITTEE HAS [[AUTHORIZED NEW OR AMENDED PERMITS]]
APPROVED MINING AND RECLAMATION PLANS;

(2)          THE NUMBER OF ACRES FOR WHICH THE
COMMITTEE HAS APPROVED MINING AND RECLAMATION FINAL
REPORT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 7-510.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
