recordation of the claim, order, and bond; providing
for release of a lien on payment of certain bond;
providing for certain notice of the lien; providing

providing that this Act is an emergency act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 9-101 through 9-108, inclusive,
9-111 and 9-113 of Article - Real Property, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
9-109, 9-110 and 9-112, respectively, of Article - Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby renumbered to
[[be Sections 9-110, 9-111, and under the subtitle
"Public Projects," 9-201, respectively.]] be Sections
9-111, 9-112, and 9-113, respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
