SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 11-101(j), 11-102.1(a), 11-108,
11-109 (c) (3), 11-109(c)(5), 11-110(d), 11-111(b), 11-112,
11-114, 11-119 and 11-122(c) of Article - Real Property,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article — Real Property

11-101.

(j) "Unit" means a three dimensional [area] SPACE
identified as such in the declaration and on the
condominium plat and shall include all improvements
contained within the [area] SPACE except those excluded
in the declaration. A unit may include two or more
noncontiguous [areas] SPACES.

Section 11—101 Comment:

The amendment to this Section is technical in
nature.

11-102. 1.

(a) At least 180 days before property is subjected
to a condominium regime, the owner AND THE LANDLORD OF
EACH [shall give to each] tenant then occupying any
portion of the property as his residence, IF OTHER THAN
THE OWNER, SHALL GIVE THE TENANT a notice in the form
specified in subsection (f) and shall deliver a copy of
the notice prior to entering into a lease to each tenant
who thereafter leases any portion of the property for his
