markets for each individual vehicle in accordance with
the regulations promulgated by the Comptroller.

[(e)] (F) A vehicle shall not be considered in
violation of the provisions of this section until April
15 of each year, provided that the motor carrier was
registered in accordance with the provisions of
subsections (a), (b) [and], (c), AND (D) above during the
preceding registration year.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

State Insurance Program

State property to be covered in whole or in part by
the State Self-Insurance Trust Fund, of establishing
source of payment for losses of one thousand dollars

Trust Fund, and of clarifying the State Treasurer's
responsibility for the State's programs for private
