MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 869 FOR the purpose of clarifying that a minimum pension is BY repealing [[and reenacting, with amendments]], Article 73B - Pensions Section 56(i) Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments. Article 73B — Pensions Section 57(h) Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 73B - Pensions 56. (i) A judge who SUBMITS AN APPLICATION FOR SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the from and after July 1, 1975. IN THE EVENT A JUDGE DIES AFTER FILING FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT WITHOUT HAVING HIS PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THIS SUBSECTION, THE JUDGE SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE IN FACT RETIRED ON__DISABILITY AND HIS SURVIVING SPOUSE SHALL BE PAID A PENSION EQUIVALENT TO NOT LESS THAN ONE-HALF THE PENSION__HE WOULD__ HAVE BEEN ENTITLED TO FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT.]] SECTION 2.
