AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Credit - Calvert County Sportsmen's
Club, Inc.

FOR the purpose of providing a tax credit from county or
city taxes on real property owned by the Calvert
County Sportsmen's Club, Inc.

BY adding to

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

Section 9C(e-1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 9C(e-1) be and it is hereby
added to Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:

(E-1) IN CALVERT COUNTY, REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
CALVERT COUNTY SPORTSMEN'S CLUB, INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

FOR the purpose of providing a tax credit from county or

Rivers Sportsmen, Incorporated; and renumbering as
appropriate.
