it is hereby repealed:

Article — Estates and Trusts

[14-308.

All references to sections of the Internal Revenue
Code of 1954 shall include future amendments to these
sections and corresponding provisions of future Internal
Revenue laws. ]

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Conversion of Group Health Policies

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain group [[and
blanket]] health insurance policies provide certain
conversion privileges to their insureds; granting
the Insurance Commissioner certain powers and duties
concerning the requirements for these conversion
procedures and the converted policies; and providing
when these provisions are required on these
policies.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 477K be and it is hereby added
to Article 48A - Insurance Code, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:
