Department of Public Welfare, to take the place of
Cheltenham School for Boys, which institution shall then
be converted into an institution exclusively for
defective colored juvenile delinquents, under the
supervision, direction and control of the Board of Mental
Hygiene; (b) a separate institution or a division of an
existing institution, for defective white adults, under
the supervision, direction and control of the Board of
Mental Hygiene; (c) a separate institution, or a division
of an existing institution, midway between a training
school and an adult prison, for incorrigible offenders,
both white and colored, between the ages of 16 and 20,
under the direct supervision and control of the State
Department of Correction.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning
Public Accounting — Continuing Education Requirements
FOR the purpose of requiring Certified Public Accountants
who are enrolled and registered with the Board to
comply with continuing education requirements;
providing for adoption of rules and regulations to
implement the continuing education program; and
authorizing the establishment of a continuing
education committee to assist in the administration,
thereof.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

Public Accountancy, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1975 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:
