Jails
To become available immediately

upon passage of this budget,

to appropriate for the fiscal

year 1976 required funds for

payments to the counties and

Baltimore City for care of

prisoners sentenced to the

Division of Correction, it

being intended that this

appropriation shall be used

for no other purpose than to

pay the counties and Baltimore

City for the increased jail

expenses attendant to caring

for State prisoners.
