and insert in lieu thereof the numerals "40,000"; in the
line entitled "Commissioner, Public Service Commission",
strike out the numerals "9,000" and insert in lieu thereof
the numerals "35,000", and strike out the numerals "18,000"
and insert in lieu thereof the numerals "70,000"; and in the
