To become available immediately
upon the passage of this bud-
get, to supplement the appropri-
ations for State Aid to Communi-
ty Colleges for 1975 and 1976 due
to the unanticipated increases in
full-time equivalent enrollments
in the Colleges.

MARYLAND BICENTENNIAL COMMISSION
1976 DEFICIENCY APPROPRIATION

37.01.17.01 Maryland Bicentennial

Commission

To become available immediately
upon the passage of this bud-
get, to support the Bicentennial
drama to be presented by the
Maryland Outdoor Drama Associ-
ation. The cost of renting the
Merriweather Post Pavilion for
the presentation of the outdoor
drama is to be paid from this
appropriation. It is intended
that the Maryland Outdoor Drama
Association repay this appropria-
tion to the State if the profits
through sales of tickets and
other related income are suffi-
cient, and that repayment of this
appropriation will take precedence
over repayment of funds received
