36.08.00.05 Legislative Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to eligible institu-
tions on transmittal from the State
Scholarship Board in accordance with
regulations prescribed by said Board and
the provisions of Article 77A, Sections
33 through 39 inclusive of the 1957
Annotated Code and the 1975 Cumulative
Supplement. This appropriation is con-
tingent upon the eligible colleges com-
plying with the provisions of Article
85A of the 19 57 Annotated Code.
General Fund Appropriation................

36.08.00.06 Medical Scholarships

Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department to the University
of Maryland School of Medicine, on
transmittal from the State Scholarship
Board in accordance with regulations
prescribed by said Board and the pro-
visions of Article 77A, Section 61 of
the 1957 Annotated Code of Maryland, and
the 1975 Cumulative Supplement. This
appropriation is contingent upon the
school complying with the provisions
of Article 85A, Section 16 of the 1957
Annotated Code.
