(23.01.07.01) for So-
cial Service programs
for the Aged. State finan-
cial participation in the
community home care program
shall be limited to 150% of
the average median income
for the State of Maryland.
This service shall, however,
continue to be available to
those desiring to participate
beyond the 150% State limit;
but such costs including the
total direct and indirect
costs beyond the State limit
shall be borne exclusively by
the client as determined by
the Department of Human
Resources.

Authorization is hereby
granted to transfer and
use these funds as special
receipts for operating ex-
penses under this program.
