Teachers' Pensions

upon enactment of legislation limiting
the annual percentage increase to a
maximum adjustment of 5% of the base
retirement allowance, and providing
that if such legislation is not enacted,
any difference between the actual
Consumer Price Index and 5% must be
provided from other General Fund
