allocations may be made to
other State agencies with pro-
grams providing services to

In lieu of a total reduction
of $66,900 in the allowance
for sheltered housing said
funds are appropriated pro-
vided that all expenditures
of such funds are made solely
for the purpose herein stated
and that no part of these funds
may be transferred for or to
any other purpose, except that
in making this appropriation
it is intended that $15,000
may be utilized for the pur-
pose of developing a directory
of services for the elderly;
if for any reason these funds,
in whole or in part, are not
expended for the purposes herein
stated, the balance shall be re-
verted to the general fund treasury
of the State.
