Except in the case of motor vehicle law violations
as provided in Section 104(a) of Article 52 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), as amended
from time to time, all fees, costs, fines and penalties
imposed and collected by the Justices of the Peace
designated as Trial Magistrates in Talbot County shall be
collected for the use of the County Commissioners of
Talbot County and paid over to said County Commissioners
of Talbot County monthly.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
