(1975 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 36C(h) of Article 77 - Public
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 77 - Public Education

36C.

(h) The chairman of the Board of Education shall
receive $7,000 annually, and each of the other members
shall receive $6,500 annually. [The] AFTER SUBMITTING
VOUCHERS PURSUANT TO RULES AND REGULATIONS PROMULGATED BY
THE BOARD MEMBERS, THE chairman and the members shall
[receive other allowances] BE REIMBURSED for travel and
other NECESSARY expenses as may be provided in the budget
for Prince George's County.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 12A of the Public Local Laws of
Talbot County being Article 21 of the Public Local Laws
