SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 4-211a, 4-715 (a), 4-1004(c),
4-1005 (a), 4-1006(c), 4-1033(b)(1), 4-1116(b), 8-402(d)
and (e), 8-407, 8-1401(f), 8-1412 (b), 8-1413(b), (c), and
(h), 8-1417, 9-501(c), and 10-308.1, of Article
Natural Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Article — Natural Resources
4-211.
(a) Any person [desiring] WHO DESIRES to
COMMERCIALLY practice the art of taxidermy or who desires
to mount or preserve any species of finfish legally
acquired, first, shall apply for a taxidermist and
fur—tanning license. A taxidermist and fur—tanning
license also shall permit the holder to mount, preserve,
or tan any species of wildlife legally acquired [as well
as finfish].

(a) A person may not (haul seine or] fish with a
HAUL SEINE OR ANY OTHER net in any river, creek, cove, or
branch of the water within the limits of or adjacent or
contiguous to Baltimore County without first obtaining
the permission in writing of the owner or occupier of the
bank or shore in Baltimore County of the creek, cove, or
branch of water opposite to which the seine or net is
placed.

(c) The types of licenses to catch oysters or
clams for commercial purposes by the means enumerated in
this subtitle and the license fees are the following:
