(4) That the voter expects in good faith to
be unable to vote in person for any of the reasons set
out in § 27—1 of this article.
SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 175
(House Bill 575)
Erosion Control
FOR the purpose of providing that the provisions of the
erosion control subtitle of Article 25 are
supplemental to the provisions of the Natural
Resources Article relating to shore erosion control
projects; eliminating the requirement that the
taxing and assessment district created for erosion
control under Article 25 be created out of land
subdivided for residential and business uses; and
clarifying the language of these Article 25
provisions.
