AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 3-208(b) and (c) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 2, "Structural Requirements";
to repeal Sections 3—208(7) (a), (b) and (c) of said
Code, Title and Subtitle, and to enact new Sections
3—208(7) (a), (b) and (c) in lieu thereof, to stand
in the place of the Sections repealed; and to add
new Section 3-208(7)(g) to said Code, Title and
Subtitle, to follow immediately after Section
3-208(7)(f) thereof; to establish a set fee for the
renewal of any permit; to increase the fee schedule
for building permits; to increase the fee for soil
tests made by the Health Department; and to
establish a procedure for refunds on permits issued
and not issued; to establish a fee for re—inspection
of buildings and/or violations; and matters
generally related thereto.

12-705 of the Anne Arundel County Coda (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 7, "Dogs", and to enact new
Sections 12-702 (a), 12-703 and 12-705 in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the Sections so
repealed, to change the validation date for dog
licenses and kennel licenses; to provide for the
conversion from a calendar year license to a fiscal
year license; and matters generally related thereto.
