COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Bill No. 6-75

AN ACT to add new Section 705 to Code of Public Local
Laws of Kent County (1967 Edition and 1975
Supplement being Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland) title "Kent County" subtitle
"County Commissioners" to protect the public health
and safety of the citizens of Kent County by
establishing minimum standards for storage,
collection, transportation, and disposal of solid
wastes that originate in Kent County, or which
originate outside of Kent County, but are stored or
transported or disposed of within Kent County.
Provisions are made for refuse collection and/or
disposal licenses, license fees, and penalties for
violations of the ordinance; and authority of the
County Commissioners to adopt regulations to carry
out the intent and purpose of this ordinance.
