"OFFICE OF THE COUNTY INVESTIGATOR"
AN ACT, to add new Section 604-A, to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition, and
1973 Supplement, being Article I, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), titled "Allegany
County", subtitled "States Attorney", to follow
immediately after Section 604, thereof, to further
define the duties of the office of County
Investigator, to follow immediately after Section
604 thereof, and to read as follows:

"SUPERVISION AND LICENSING OF DOGS"
AN ACT, to repeal a resolution of the County
Commissioners of Allegany County, Maryland, dated
June 11, 1971, and re—enact Section 117-A, to the
Code of Public Laws of Allegany County, (1963
Edition, 1973 Supplement), being Article I, of the
Code of Public Laws of Maryland, to be titled
"Supervision and Licensing of Dogs", to provide for
the control and licensing of dogs, the impoundment
and disposal of unlicensed or dangerous dogs, and
penalties for violations thereof.

A BILL ENTITLED
"ELECTION DISTRICTS"
AN ACT, to repeal Section 120 and 151 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1963 Edition,
Being Article I, of the Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Election Districts" and enact a
new Section 120 in lieu thereof, to stand in place
of the new sections repealed, to provide for the
consolidation of Election District #2—Oldtown—and
Election District No. 33—Potomac—and to provide
for precinct subdivision of the consolidated
election district.
