authority of Article 11—E of the Constitution of
Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23—A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, as amended, titled
"Corporations - Municipal," subtitle "Home—Rule,"
sub—heading "Charter Amendments," to amend
REGISTRATION, NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS of the
Charter of The Town of Oxford to provide for
registration of absentee voters and absentee voting.

[Sections 19A and 23A of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Talbot County, added.
