THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF MOUNT RAINIER
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MARYLAND

Resolution No. 2-1975 to Amend the Municipal Corporation

Charter of the Mayor and City Council of Mount Rainier,

to Increase Salaries of the Mayor And Councilmen

WHEREAS, it is expedient and desirable to increase
the salaries of the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of
Mount Rainier to more adequately compensate them for the
performance of their respective duties, said increase to
be from twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per annum to
twenty-four hundred dollars ($2,400.00) per annum for the
Mayor, and from six hundred dollars ($600.00) per annum
to twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per annum for each
Councilman.

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MYERSVILLE TO CHANGE SECTION 3 (NUMBER, SELECTION,
TERM.) BY REPEALING SAID SECTION AND REPLACING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 3 (NUMBER, SELECTION,
TERM.) .

[Section 22-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, repealed and added.

RESOLUTION 2-75

A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
MYERSVILLE TO CHANGE SECTION 14 (SELECTION AND
TERM.) BY REPEALING SAID SECTION AND REPLACING IN
LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 14 (SELECTION AND TERM.).

[Section 22-14 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, repealed and added.
