(d) (1) "Related institutions" fas herein used
is defined as] MEANS any organized institution,
environment, or home which falls within the jurisdiction
of this subtitle and maintains conditions or facilities
and equipment for "domiciliary," "personal" or "nursing"
services for nonrelated individuals who are not gainfully
employed and who are dependent on the administrator,
operator or proprietor for nursing care or the
subsistence of daily living in a safe, sanitary and
healthful environment.

(2) "RELATED INSTITUTIONS" DOES NOT INCLUDE
ANY SHELTERED HOUSING FOR ELDERLY AS DEFINED IN § 1 OF
ARTICLE 70B.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
