At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
and held in the City of Annapolis on the
Fourteenth Day of January, 1976, and Ending on
the Twelfth Day of April, 1976, Marvin Mandel,
being Governor of the State, the following
laws were enacted, to wit:
CHAPTER 1
(Senate Bill 480 of 1975)
AN ACT concerning
Secretary of State - Compilation of Lists
FOR the purpose of requiring the Secretary of State to
compile annually certain lists of certain
Gubernatorial appointees; specifying certain
information to be contained in the lists; lettering
the sections; and generally relating to the duties
of the Secretary of State with respect to these
lists.
BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,
Article 41 — Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 86 of Article 41 - Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
