Senate Bill No. 852 - Baltimore City Alcoholic
Beverages Licenses

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City — Alcoholic Beverage
(License Fees)

FOR the purpose of revising certain alcoholic beverage
license fees in Baltimore City.

Dear Mr. President;

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill
352.

This bill revises certain alcoholic beverage license
fees in Baltimore City.

House Bill 1774, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on May 17, 1976, accomplishes
the same purpose.

Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 852.
