maintaining the improved property

County Commissioners, contingent
on the Carters Hill property being
conveyed to said Cecil County
Commissioners, and contingent upon
said Cecil County Commissioners
executing a written contract which
provides for a right-of—preservation
easement clause. If there is a non-
profit organization in existence at
