Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974,
providing supplementary con-
struction funds; Section 8 of
Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972
and Section 8 of Chapter 289 of
the Acts of 1974 being hereby
modified to the extent that
said work may begin upon satis-
factory assurances to the Board
of Public Works that said pro-
ject can be completed with the
aggregate of the funds herein and
heretofore appropriated for that
purpose.......................... 150,000

(2)   Baltimore City Campus:

(a) Design and preparation of detailed

plans and specifications for addition
to School of Law to be located on the
South West corner of Fayette and Paca
Streets, provided that the approval
of expenditures pursuant to this
appropriation shall be authorized and
disbursed only upon and after receipt
and approval of a study of legal edu-
cation by the Maryland Council for
Higher Education due to the House
Appropriations Committee, the Senate
Budget and Taxation Committee, the
Department of State Planning and
the Department of General Services
on or before January 1, 1977. In
the event that such a report is not
submitted as herein provided, this
bond authorization shall be
cancelled........................ 250,000
