5.2(A)(1)(b) of Chapter 886 of the
Acts of 1975 being hereby modified
to [[the extent that]] limit said
appropriation and said work to one
(1) State Office Building for the
Department of Agriculture and pro-
vided that said work may begin upon
satisfactory assurances to the Board
