premium on said bonds to be paid by the board from the
gross receipts derived from the operation of the
dispensaries.

(i) (3) The salaries of all employees of the
liquor control board shall be fixed by the liquor control
board, subject to the approval of the County
[Commissioners. The County Commissioners] EXECUTIVE AND
COUNTY COUNCIL. THE COUNTY COUNCIL shall also review the
adequacy of the fidelity bonds required of the employees
by the liquor control board for the protection of the
county.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
