SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Chapter 789 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1975, be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
1-4 of the Code of the Washington Suburban Sanitary
District (1969 Edition, as amended), being also Section
86-1—4 of the Public Local Laws of Montgomery County
being Article 16 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1972 Edition and 1974 Supplement, as amended), being
also Section 83—58 of the Public Local Laws of Prince
George's County being Article 17 of the Public Local Laws
