The Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
Section 83-83(a)

Article 17 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4-10 (a) of the Code of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District (1969 Edition, as
amended), being also Section 86-4—10(a) of the Public
Local Laws of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition and 1974
Supplement, as amended), being also Section 83—83(a) of
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County being
Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963
Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

The Code of the Washington Suburban Sanitary District

4-10. (86-4-10(a) and 83-83(a))

(a) For the purpose of providing funds for the
design and construction of trunk sewers AND THOSE SEWERS
OR PORTIONS OF SEWER LINES REQUIRED TO RELIEVE SEPTIC
TANK FAILURES AND FOR WHICH NO FRONT FOOT BENEFIT CHARGES
CAN BE COLLECTED AS DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION, sewage
pumping stations and sewage disposal facilities including
reimbursement to the District of Columbia or other
federal authorities for any construction within the
District of Columbia after January 1, 1951, the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission created by
Chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1918, [be and it is hereby authorized and
empowered to] MAY issue bonds of [said] THE Sanitary
District from time to time, in [such] amounts [as] it
