SECTION [[4]] 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County — Revenue and Taxes

FOR the purpose of repealing certain local laws of
Carroll County under the general heading "Revenue
and Taxes" and particularly concerning the tax
collector and his office and assessments of new
buildings, these sections now being obsolete and
unnecessary.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Carroll County
Sections 419, 420, 421, and 423
Article 7 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1965 Edition, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 419, 420, 421, and 423 of the
Public Local Laws of Carroll County being Article 7 of
the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1965 Edition, as
amended) be and they are hereby repealed:
