MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 2271 CHAPTER 833 (House Bill 1860) AN ACT concerning Montgomery County — Placement of Prisoners FOR the purpose of permitting certain committing BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments Section 645T(a) Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) [[BY adding to Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments Section 645T(f), (g), (h) and (i) Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)]] SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That Section 645T (a) of Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments 645T.
