DURING ANY SIX-MONTH PERIOD, THE BOARD, IN ITS
DISCRETION, MAY REVOKE THE LICENSE.

40.

(c) In Queen Anne's County, [no] A beer, wine and
liquor license. Class A (off sale) [shall] MAY NOT be
issued to an individual for the use of a partnership or
corporation unless the owners of [seventy-five per centum
(75%) ] 75 PERCENT of the total issued capital stock of
[said] THE corporation are bona fide residents of Queen
Anne's County, and have been bona fide residents of
[said] THE county for two [(2)] years next preceding the
application for [such] THIS license.

60.

(h) In Queen Anne's County [no] A Class A license
for the sale of beer, wine and liquor [shall] MAY NOT be
issued to any person, firm or corporation which
previously has been convicted of a violation of any of
the provisions of this article. [No such license shall
be issued for any location or premises unless at least
75% of the buildings or premises within a radius of 250
feet thereof in any direction shall be devoted partly or
solely to commercial purposes. Any location that once
qualifies under the provisions of this subsection shall
not subsequently be disqualified by the erection of a
private residence within the said 250 feet radius of the
location for which a license has been issued.]

85.

(b)    (1) The hours during which the privileges
conferred by a Class B beer, wine and liquor license may
be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock
a.m. on the day following. [[Provided, that]]

[[(1) in]] (2) IN Annapolis the hours shall be
as fixed by the mayor, counsellor and aldermen of the
City of Annapolis[, and]

[(2) in Queen Anne's County the hours shall be
from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight.] In
Montgomery County the hours shall be from 11 o'clock a.m.
on any day to 1 o'clock a.m. on the day following[[ ]

]].

(c)       The hours during which the privileges
conferred by a Class C beer, wine and liquor license may
be exercised shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 2 o'clock
a.m. the day following. [Provided, that] HOWEVER, in
Annapolis, the hours shall be as fixed by the mayor,
counsellor and aldermen of Annapolis. [In Queen Anne's
County, the hours shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12
o'clock midnight.]
