AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City — Alcoholic Beverage
(License Fees)

FOR the purpose of revising certain alcoholic beverage
license fees in Baltimore City.

BY adding to

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

Section 18(d-1), 19 (b-1), 20(c-1), and 21(b-1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 29(6) [[and 29A(5)]]

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 18 (d— 1) , 19 (b-1), 20(c-1),
and 21(b-1) be and they are hereby added to Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
follows:

(D-1) BALTIMORE CITY. -IN BALTIMORE CITY THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE IS [[$750]] $650.

(B-1) BALTIMORE CITY. -IN BALTIMORE CITY THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE IS [[$1,200]] $1.000.

(C-1) BALTIMORE CITY. -IN BALTIMORE CITY THE ANNUAL
LICENSE FEE IS $500.
