2222                                          LAWS OF MARYLAND                                Ch. 806

IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER LIABLE FOR ANY COST, DEBT,

EXPENSE, OR OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE

ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, OR MAINTENANCE OF THE MARINA

OR BOAT BASIN, AND NO MONEYS FOR SUCH PURPOSES MAY BE

OBTAINED FROM MONTGOMERY COUNTY'S PORTION OF THE BUDGET

OR MONTGOMERY COUNTY'S PORTION OF UNBUDGETED FUNDS OF THE
MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION.

(E)         A MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING

COMMISSION ENTERPRISE FUND SHALL BE ESTABLISHED TO
FINANCE AND ACCOUNT FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF
THE MARINA AND BOAT BASIN, FACILITIES AND APPURTENANCES
THERETO. THE REVENUES OBTAINED BY THE MARYLAND-NATIONAL
CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION FROM THE MAINTENANCE
AND OPERATION OF THE MARINA AND BOAT BASIN, FACILITIES
AND APPURTENANCES THERETO, SHALL BE RECORDED IN SUCH
ENTERPRISE FUND AND SHALL BE UTILIZED BY THE
MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION
FOR OFFSETTING VARIOUS EXPENDITURES RELATING TO SAID
MARINA AND BOAT BASIN, FACILITIES AND APPURTENANCES
THERETO, OR FOR OTHER ENTERPRISE FUNDS OF THE
MARYLAND-NATIONAL CAPITAL PARK AND PLANNING COMMISSION'S
PARK AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES LOCATED WITHIN THAT
PORTION OF THE REGIONAL DISTRICT IN PRINCE GEORGE'S
COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any
provision of this Act or the application thereof to any
person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason,
the invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or
any other application of this Act which can be given
effect without the invalid provisions or application, and
to this end all the provisions of this Act are declared
to be severable.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
