Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

116.

IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY A HOLDER OF A BEER, WINE AND
LIQUOR LICENSE, CLASS D, FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES ON ANY PREMISES, MAY NOT SELL OR PERMIT TO BE
SOLD OR FURNISHED UPON ANY PREMISES, ANY ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, EXCEPT IN A ROOM HAVING ONE OR MORE PLAIN
GLASS WINDOWS ON THE STREET OR HIGHWAY. THIS ENABLES
PERSONS STANDING ON THE GROUND OR HIGHWAY TO OBSERVE THE
INTERIOR OF THE PREMISES AT ALL HOURS WHEN THE SALES ARE
PROHIBITED. DURING THOSE HOURS ANY CURTAIN, BLIND OR
OTHER OBSTRUCTION MAY NOT BE PLACED BEFORE THE WINDOW OR
WINDOWS. EVERY PLACE SHALL HAVE AN ENTRANCE FACING ON
THE STREET, WHICH SHALL BE OPEN AT ALL HOURS WHEN THE
SALES ARE MADE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section [[62]] 67 of Article 27 - Crimes
and Punishments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
