SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
106(e) of Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
106(f) and 106(g), respectively, of Article 2B -
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they
are hereby renumbered to be Sections 106(e) and 106(f),
respectively.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning
Fish and Fisheries — Oyster and Clam Culture
FOR the purpose of providing for a certain nonresident
oyster tongers license to allow private oyster
ground lessees in Somerset County to hire
nonresidents to take oysters from their private
beds, in certain areas, by hand tongs.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 4-1116(c) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated
Coda of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:
